Your project’s confidentiality is part of how we work.
Technical drawings, CAD models, documentation and project information are confidential industrial information. We distinguish Privacy (personal data) from project confidentiality, and publish only verified or owner-confirmed facts — at a high level.
Two layers not to confuse
Project confidentiality and technical data
CAD, STEP/IGES/STL, drawings, tolerances, prototypes, tooling and client industrial IP — not automatically “personal data”, but still require publication controls and confidential handling.
Publishable controls and facts
- Case studies and project references are not published on the site without passing the publication gate (approved sources and publication authorisation).
- The site does not present invented client names, logos, metrics or results as public proof.
- Project file upload and intake forms are not operational on this site in this phase.
- Project working archives are kept in a local/offline environment; online space, when active, is only a temporary receiving area.
- Access to project data is limited to authorised people, with individual accounts and no shared passwords.
- Projects are organised with segregation by client and by job/project.
- Project backups are encrypted, stored in another physical location and disconnected from the network.

Client projects are treated as confidential information.
Offline working archive
Working archives remain local/offline; online space is temporary receiving only.
Controlled Access
Access to data is limited to authorised people with individual accounts.
No Public Exposure
Drawings, CAD, photographs, prototypes and technical information are not published on the site without authorisation and without passing publication controls.
Segregation
Data is organised by client and by project/job.
Client Authorization
Case studies, photographs, logos, results and project references are published on the site only after the required authorisations.
Items still under review
Numeric retention periods, NDAs/contracts, client declarations and definitive commercial wording remain LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED. The public upload channel is not active. No absolute security guarantees.
Sensitive infrastructure details (topology, IPs, endpoint tools) are not published. Final email provider and production activation remain open.
Secure intake architecture (not operational)
A staged architecture is prepared (private receive → scan → quarantine/validation → authorised transfer → offline working archive → deletion of the temporary online copy). Public upload is not active: Production Security Gate CLOSED. The selected malware-scanning technology is not yet production-active on the public channel.
Commercial confidentiality statements
LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED — subject to legal review before contractual use or definitive publication.
- Modelbel treats technical and project information received from the client in connection with the requested activities as confidential and uses it solely for purposes related to performing the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Modelbel does not publish, disclose or use for promotional purposes drawings, CAD models, photographs, technical documentation, prototypes or other information relating to client projects without the client’s prior authorisation, except where required by law or otherwise agreed contractually.
- Transmitting documentation to Modelbel does not transfer intellectual property or rights in the project, except as expressly provided in specific contractual agreements.
